Standard Delivery time after Dispatch

We can deliver anywhere in New Zealand.
Freight costs below. As we appreciate our customers loyalty, we provide a flat rate for simplicity
and have subsidized the freight costs as best we can.
North Island Urban $ 11.00 + GST
North Island Rural $16.00 + GST
South Island Urban $16.00 + GST
South Island Rural $20.00 + GST
Please Note:
1. While all care is taken in the packaging and postage of your purchase, we will assume no liability arising from or in relation to any late deliveries, including expenses incurred for services provided by electricians and other contractors not party to this agreement.
2. ATL (Authority to leave) If customer marks ATL in the checkout it is at the customer's risk if it is lost or damaged in anyway. We will provide a POD (Proof of delivery) from the courier if requested.
3. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
4. Some orders can take 3 to 5 business days to dispatch. Please feel free to call us or leave a note when you place your order if it is an urgent delivery. We will do our best to help where possible.
We send products all over New Zealand using
‘signature required’ courier. If you are not at home, the courier company
will not leave the parcel at your front door. Please advise us if you would
like the parcel left somewhere safe. (e.g., the back door). If you see the
box is out of shape. Please open parcels to check the items before you sign,
and if any damages have occurred during shipping, please DO NOT sign and take
photos for further evidence.
Damaged goods must be notified within 24 Hours. Please KEEP the original goods packaging if you intend to claim any damage.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by internet banking or credit card.
We accept credit card (Visa/ Master card) payment
only on our website but if you prefer to pay by internet banking please email or ring us and we will send you out an invoice for payment.
Lay-by is also available with conditions. Lay-by is
available only when the purchase is over $100. A non-refundable deposit of 20%
of the total amount must be made. The payment must be completed within 3 months
after the deposit. Once a lay-by order is placed, refund and exchange policy
applies, where any claim for exchange must be made within 30 days and any refund
must be made within 7 days of the commencement of the Lay-by.
